• A004: TEST PROCEDURE - LIGHT PHOSPHATE COATING: This is a pre-production procedure for a specific item (Broke Assembling, Ring, NSN: 1005-00-701-2801), referencing Federal Specification TT-C-490F. It requires submission "ONE/R" (once per requirement) with the first submission due 60 days after contract award. The procedure must be approved by the Contracting Officer prior to production. Specific testing requirements include coated panels with phosphate only, phosphate and primer, and phosphate, primer, and top coat.
