This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, specifically for BOAT CAPTURE NETS. The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center requires one unit (NSN: 2090-01-660-2125750) with a required delivery date of January 26, 2027. This procurement is conducted on a brand name basis, exclusively for products manufactured by LIFT-IT MANUFACTURING CO., INC. (CAGE: 0NM47).

• Quantity: 1 Each

• Brand Name: LIFT-IT MANUFACTURING CO., INC. (CAGE: 0NM47) only.

• OEM Authorization: Vendors must provide a letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) stating they are an authorized distributor/re-seller. Failure to do so will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive.

• Delivery: Required by January 26, 2027. If unable to meet this date, indicate the earliest possible delivery date.

• Packaging: Each net must be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1 E Method 10, using cushioning, blocking, and bracing, packed in an appropriately sized ASTM-D6251 Type III, Class 1 wood-cleated panelboard shipping box or ASTM-D6880 Class 2 heavy duty screwed wooden box. Marking must be IAW MIL-STD-129R.

• Labeling: U.S. Coast Guard approved label with NSN, Item Name, Part Number, Purchase Order Number, "COAST GUARD SFLC MATERIAL", Condition (A), Quantity, and Unit of Issue.

• Shipping: FOB DESTINATION REQUIRED.

• Payment Terms: NET 30, in accordance with FAR 52.232-25 Prompt Payment.

• Invoicing: Must be processed through https://www.ipp.gov. Invoices for this Purchase Order should be submitted as Non-PO in IPP. Shipping costs must be included in line-item pricing.

• Quote Due Date: June 22, 2026, by 11 AM EST.

• Evaluation Criteria:

  1. Technical Acceptability: Compliance with brand name, OEM authorization letter, packaging/marking requirements, and delivery schedule.
  2. Price: Fairness and reasonableness. Total evaluated price includes shipping; separate shipping line items will not be considered.
  3. Past Performance: May be considered if available and relevant.
  4. Responsibility: Active SAM.gov registration, not debarred or suspended.

• Vendors must have an active registration in SAM.gov prior to award.

• Ship To Address: USCG SURFACE FORCES LOGISTICS CENTER, 2401 HAWKINS POINT ROAD, RECEIVING ROOM- BUILDING 88, BALTIMORE, MD 21226.

• Deliveries are Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 1 PM.
