Purpose & Scope
The Industry Day aims to facilitate open communication between FBOP stakeholders and industry partners. Vendors will demonstrate solutions and use cases to support FBOP's goals of accountability, transparency, investigation support for inmate allegations, and adherence to agency policy. The Government is interested in current and future capabilities, technologies, manufacturing processes, workforce expertise, and overall support capacity. Specific areas of interest include interoperability with radio systems, digital evidence management systems, and FedRAMP compliance.
Event Logistics
- Location: Federal Bureau of Prisons, 400 First Street, NW, Washington, DC 20534
- Industry Demonstration Dates: March 2 – March 6, 2026
- One-on-One Sessions: Scheduled upon registration acceptance. Each company is allotted one 60-minute session (45-min presentation, 15-min Q&A) between 0800 – 1400 HRS. Vendors may use electronic slide shows and bring sample devices. Internet connection will not be available; vendors must provide their own hotspot if needed. It is recommended to send backup slides to the POC.
Registration & Participation
Interested participants must register by completing the online form at https://forms.osi.office365.us/r/AMR3weRRC5. Attendance is limited to a maximum of three individuals per vendor, who must be listed on the registration and provide government photo identification for entry. Substitutions are not allowed after the registration period closes.
