Scope of Work
The core requirement is to provide subsurface data management expertise and support services to BOEM Alaska. This includes:
- Managing geophysical, geological, geotechnical, hazard, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) data.
- Inventorying, managing, and archiving electronic and physical data (estimated 250 TB).
- Supporting permitting and leasing programs, including Fair Market Value (FMV) evaluations, and Exploration, Leasing, and Development activities.
- Developing data management best practice workflows.
- Preparing datasets for internal use, publication, and archive, ensuring they are FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable).
- Utilizing software such as Kingdom Software Suite, ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, Seisee, SLB Petrel, and Microsoft Office Suite. Key personnel requirements include a Project Manager, Geoscience Data Specialist, and Interpretation Geophysicist and Workflow Analyst. Performance will take place at the BOEM Alaska Facility in Anchorage, AK.

Submission & Evaluation

Submissions must be emailed to stephanie_brock@ios.doi.gov with "RFQ Number 140M0126Q0024" in the subject line. Quotations must remain valid for 120 calendar days. Evaluation factors include Technical Capability and Experience, Past Performance, and Price (for reasonableness).
Eligibility
