This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services to support the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management's (BOEM) identification of offshore sand, sediment, and potential critical mineral resources in federal waters offshore Southwest Florida. The project, titled "Sand, Sediment and Critical Mineral Investigation in Federal Waters Offshore Southwest Florida," aims to support BOEM's National Offshore Sand Inventory (NOSI) and National Offshore Critical Minerals Inventory (NOCMI).

• Development of an investigation plan.

• Acquisition of approximately 300 line-miles of geophysical survey data.
