This solicitation is for Boiler Plant Maintenance services at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center. The contract aims to ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of the facility's steam boilers.

• Semiannual testing, calibration, and maintenance for four (4) Cleaver Brooks steam boilers.

• Specific tasks include Oxygen Trim Cell Calibration, Transmitter Calibration, and Combustion Setting adjustments.
