Scope of Work
The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, plant, equipment, appliances, transportation, and materials to:
- Replace five (5) end-of-life gas-fired boilers in Buildings 1670, 1671, 4160 (two boilers replaced by one new unit), and 4175.
- Install new main waterline isolation valves in Buildings 1671, 1672, 1676, and 4175.
- Perform necessary mechanical, plumbing, and electrical modifications, including integration, testing, and commissioning of new systems.
- Provide training to Government personnel and submit comprehensive documentation (as-built drawings, manuals).

Site Visit & Base Access
A highly recommended site visit for this project (Solicitation: W50S7626QA004) will be held on June 30, 2026, at 10:30 AM (Local CT), meeting at Building 1671, 100 Hensley Ave, NAS JRB Fort Worth. To obtain base access, attendees must submit a request by 2:00 PM CT on June 23, 2026, to 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil and david.shamburger.5@us.af.mil. The request must include full names, company name, and a completed SECNAV 5512/1 form (attached to the SAM notice) with a scanned ID if no active base credentials. A single access request covers all site visits on June 30, 2026.
