Scope of Work

- Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program: Developing and implementing a PMI plan based on manufacturer recommendations, conducting initial inspections within 14 days, and correcting deficiencies within 24 working hours.
- Routine Maintenance: Scheduled inspections, cleaning, adjusting, testing, lubricating, and verifying proper operation. Services will be performed on no more than two boom lifts concurrently.
- Maintenance Records & Reporting: Maintaining detailed records for each boom lift and submitting performance reports after inspections.
- Service Repair Calls: Responding within 24 hours for assessment and within 4 hours for emergency (unsafe) conditions.
- Parts & Materials: The contractor procures parts for scheduled periodic maintenance (e.g., filters, fluids); the government provides all other repair parts.
Performance Standards

- Accurate and current maintenance records, submitted at the end of each option period.
- Performance reports submitted within two business days of inspections.
- PM deficiencies corrected within 24 working hours.
