• All questions are due no later than 10 AM Central Standard Time, April 24th, 2026.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to the contracting points of contact listed.

• Evaluation will be based on Total Evaluated Price and Technical Acceptability (meeting salient characteristics).

• Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors.

• Total small business set aside.

• Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Vendors must be registered and/or enrolled in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) for invoicing.

• Offerors must provide their DUNS number, CAGE code, and confirmation of SAM/WAWF registration.

• The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through February 2026.
