Purpose & Scope

This procurement is for the manufacture and delivery of Boots, Temperate Weather Army Combat (ACB TW) PGC#04040, in accordance with purchase description GL-PD-11-01 dated March 11, 2011. The requirement is for 100% of the total need. All items used in fabrication must be 100% U.S. made from 100% U.S. materials, adhering to Berry Amendment restrictions.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
  • Period of Performance: Three-year base term, divided into three one-year tier (pricing) periods.
  • Quantities:
    • Minimum: 4,968 pairs for the life of the contract (Guaranteed Minimum Dollar Value).
    • Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ): 13,248 pairs per tier (Tier 1/2/3).
    • Maximum: 59,616 pairs.
  • Production Lead Time: 150 days.
  • Inspection/Acceptance: At Origin.
  • Delivery Destination: VSTQ -, DoDAAC # SC0150: LVI – Army 3PL, Pendergrass Distribution Center, 596 Bonnie Valentine Way – DOOR 20-23, Pendergrass, GA 30567.

Evaluation & Submission

  • Evaluation Method: Best Value Trade-Off Source Selection Procedures.
