Crucially, offerors must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming their status as an authorized reseller or distributor. Quotes submitted without this documentation may not be considered. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
