Scope of Work
The contractor will design, install, test, operate, and remove an image projection system. Equipment will be positioned on the Bunker Hill Museum rooftop, approximately 300 feet from the monument, and must fit through a 30" x 36" rooftop hatch. Key performance standards include producing sharp, clear, professional-quality images at a 300-foot throw distance, with an approximate image height of 150 feet, while ensuring precise aiming to prevent light spillage and complying with aviation safety regulations. All electrical systems must meet NFPA 70 and local codes.

Submission & Evaluation

This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and qualify as a small business under NAICS code 711190 (Size Standard: $34M). A Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) is also required.
Special Requirements & Notes
Contractors must provide all personnel, labor, equipment, and technical expertise. A written weather contingency plan is mandatory, and the contractor is responsible for all costs associated with weather-related postponements. Past performance documentation requires at least three comparable projection engagements within the last three years. The Service Contract Act Wage Determination 2015-4047 applies, outlining minimum wage rates and fringe benefits for relevant occupations in Massachusetts. No supplemental power generators are allowed without prior approval.
