• Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation for boundary maintenance.

• Provide a written report at the conclusion of the maintenance, noting missing, unlocated, or damaged monuments, encroachments, and trespasses, with photographic evidence.

• Provide a photo album of every monument located and missing, including broken or damaged monuments.

• All work must be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

• Clearing of boundary lines involves maintaining a four feet (4') wide by eight feet (8') high line of site, cutting branches and trees up to three inches (3") in diameter, and removing stumps to no higher than three inches (3") above the ground.

• Marking boundary lines and monuments involves repainting old blazes, adding new blazes, and/or placing signs.

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: No later than 120 days after contract award.

• Previous contract awarded for $10,340.00.

• Offer Due Date: 12 February 2026, 02:00 PM.

• Award Basis: Price alone.

• Quotes shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Alicia LaCrosse.

• Vendors are required to be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) with an "Active" status.

• Site visits are permitted if dates/times are included in the solicitation; otherwise, contact the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) to schedule.

• This acquisition is set aside for Small Business.

• NAICS Code: 561730, Size Standard: $9,500,000.00.

• The solicitation incorporates FAR Clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 by reference.

• Safety requirements include compliance with EM 385-1-1 and OSHA standards, submission of an Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA).

• Government Furnished Materials include BLM-01 type signs and boundary line/monument fiberglass stakes.

• Contractor is responsible for providing marking paint (oil-based, red and white, 6-8 year permanent duration).
