• Freight: FOB Origin; accelerated delivery is encouraged. Navy handles freight per the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Statement of Work.
• Authorized Distributors: Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered for award. Proof of authorization on company letterhead is required with the offer.
• Quote Information: Must include Unit Price, Total Price, and RTAT. If not previously purchased by NAVSUP WSS or if prices increased, provide NSN of similar item, redacted invoices, or basis of pricing.
• Beyond Repair (BR/BER): If an asset is determined BR/BER, a negotiated reduced contract price (not-to-exceed a specified amount) may apply for evaluation costs.
• Option: The Government intends to include an option for increased quantity.
