Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for the removal of old pinsetter machines and the installation of new string pinsetters at the Dyess Lanes Bowling Center, Building 7115, a 16-lane facility at Dyess AFB, Texas.

• Demolish, remove, and dispose of existing mechanical pinsetter machines, systems, free fall kickbacks, and associated parts.

• Unload and install new string pinsetters, freefall/string kickbacks, and associated components.

• Interface new equipment with the existing Qubica scoring and management system.

• Install wizard monitoring app.

• Adjust new assemblies for optimal operation and confirm integration with the existing system.

• Provide 12 hours of training on the new machines for facility staff.

• Provide one copy of the manufacturer's operation and maintenance manuals.

• The contractor shall provide a three-year commercial warranty covering product, material, and workmanship from the date of acceptance.

• User operational training must be provided within 24 hours of installation completion.

• Work is to be performed at Dyess Lanes Bowling Center, Building 7115, Dyess AFB, Texas.

• The contractor shall coordinate the performance schedule with the Government Representative (GR) and submit a schedule no later than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to commencement.

• Scheduled work hours are weekdays, Monday through Friday, 0800 - 1630, excluding US Federal holidays or when the facility is closed.

• Disposal of all debris and unserviceable materials must comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of unwanted materials.

• Any damages to Government property must be restored, replaced, or repaired at no additional cost to the Government.

• Contractor personnel require specific installation access authorization (Dyess AFB Form 173).

• Contractor vehicles must be marked with the company name and meet licensing and insurance requirements.

• Compliance with OSHA, hazardous material (HAZMAT), and hazardous communication (HAZCOM) training requirements is mandatory.

• Advance approval is required for welding, cutting, or brazing operations.

• A contract manager must be designated and available during specified hours.
