Scope of Work
The contractor shall:
- Demolish, remove, and dispose of existing mechanical pinsetter machines, systems, free fall kickbacks, and associated parts.
- Unload and install new string pinsetters, freefall/string kickbacks, and associated components.
- Interface new equipment with the existing Qubica scoring and management system.
- Install a wizard monitoring app.
- Adjust new assemblies for optimal operation and confirm integration with the existing system.
- Provide 12 hours of training on the new machines for facility staff.
- Provide one copy of the manufacturer's operation and maintenance manuals.

The proposed USBC-Certified String Pinsetter System must be fully compatible with the existing "Conqueror X" bowling center management system and demonstrate:
- Native System Integration: Direct integration with the Conqueror POS system without third-party middleware.
- Centralized Lane Control: Management system control over lane assignment, status, and session initiation/termination.
- Automated Gameplay Configuration: Support for system-controlled gameplay modes without manual adjustments.
