Scope of Work

- All associated demolition, installation, renovation, temporary construction, and restoration.
- Specific tasks such as moving bowling lanes, replacing the sawtooth ceiling with an acoustic drop-down ceiling, constructing a new check-in desk, and partial demolition of a non-load-bearing wall.
- Exterior design must adhere to the base design guide, and interior color schemes require consultation.
