• The Government will use a two-step evaluation process: Technical Evaluation (Pass/Fail) and Price Evaluation.

• Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable" (LPTA).

• The period for acceptance of offers is 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.
