Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), following a two-step evaluation process (Technical Pass/Fail and Price). A critical new submission requirement is the inclusion of at least one clear, color picture of the exact bowling center seating model being proposed within the Technical Proposal. This picture will be visually evaluated against the salient characteristics, and proposals without it may be deemed technically unacceptable. Offerors must ensure their proposed products meet or exceed all listed salient characteristics.
