Quotations must specify unit price, extended total price (FIRM), validity period (minimum 45 / desired 60 days), Procurement Turnaround Time (PTAT), Awardee CAGE, and CAGE/DoDAAC for Government Source Inspection and Final Acceptance. All freight is FOB Origin.
Additional Notes
Changes in design, material, servicing, or part number require specific processing and approval from the NAVICP-MECH Contracting Officer. Records of all inspection work must be kept for 365 days after final delivery.
