Quick Summary

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for standard commercial supplies and services, primarily fasteners and hardware. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Master BPAs will be awarded on a 6-month rotation through June 2029, allowing successful vendors to compete for individual BPA calls not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.

Scope of Work

NSWC IHD seeks providers for a wide range of commercial supplies, including but not limited to: screws, bolts, studs, nuts, washers, nails, machine keys, pins, rivets, fastening devices, packing and gasket materials, O-rings, metal screening, general hardware, weapon system hardware, abrasive disks and stones, abrasive materials, knobs, pointers, coil, flat, leaf, and wire springs, bushings, rings, shims, and spacers. Individual BPA calls will be issued against these Master BPAs.
