The estimated need is for 31 furniture kits (12 for 2-person, 15 for 4-person, 4 for 6-person families). The contractor is responsible for obtaining necessary city access permits (ZTL, Area C) and associated fees. Defective furniture must be replaced within five working days. For damaged furniture beyond normal wear and tear, a purchase option based on current fair market replacement value plus 10% for administrative costs is acceptable.
