Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide repair, refurbishment, and assessment for replacement of surgical instruments for the Oklahoma City Area Service Units (Pawnee, Lawton, and Clinton Indian Health Centers) to ensure instruments are maintained in optimal condition for operating room procedures.

• Furnish all labor, transportation, materials, and expertise for sharpening, adjusting, aligning, straightening, refurbishing, calibrating, cleaning, stain removal, polishing, lubricating, and replacing parts for surgical instruments and operating room procedural instrument trays and case carts.

• Includes etching of instruments with stencils provided by IHS.

• Instruments to be retrieved from and delivered to Pawnee, Lawton, and Clinton Indian Health Centers.

• Contractor must be mobile with a van equipped for onsite repairs.

• Repair 10-15 sets per visit each month, with one technician for onsite repair.
