Quick Summary
The Indian Health Service (IHS), specifically the Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service, is soliciting quotations for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Surgical Instrument Repairs and Maintenance Services. This opportunity, identified as RFQ 246-26-Q-0014A, aims to ensure optimal condition of surgical instruments across seven IHS facilities in Oklahoma. Scope of Work
The BPA covers comprehensive services for surgical instruments, including sharpening, adjusting, aligning, straightening, refurbishing, calibrating, cleaning, stain removal, polishing, lubricating, and replacing parts. This also includes etching instruments to Censitrac standards. Services are required for various surgical instruments and operating room procedural instrument trays. The contractor must provide a mobile repair lab/vehicle, located within three hours of the service units, capable of repairing 10-15 sets per monthly visit with an onsite technician.
