Submission Requirements

Evaluation Factors
Master BPAs will be awarded based on positive Past Performance and technical merit. Past Performance will be evaluated on Customer Satisfaction, Timeliness, Technical Success, Program Management, and Quality. The government reserves the right to use additional references from sources like CPARS, PPIRS, and FAPIIS.
