Opportunity Details

Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key services outlined in the PWS include:
- Maintenance, repair, and logistics support services.
- Specific tasks such as FM-200 Fire Suppression System inspections, Emergency Generator maintenance, HVAC preventive maintenance, and preventive maintenance for Spacesaver Mobile Track Files. Services will be performed throughout the Jacksonville District AOR, with specific requirements detailed in each call order.

Special Requirements & Key Personnel
The PWS specifies several critical requirements:
- Contractor personnel must possess an UNCLASSIFIED CLEARANCE at the time of proposal submission.

- Details on anticipated subcontracting, teaming, or Joint Venture arrangements. Responses will inform the acquisition strategy. Prior government contract work is not required. Firms must be registered in SAM.gov to receive an award.
