Submission Requirements
Interested companies must submit:

Evaluation Criteria
BPAs will be awarded based on positive Past Performance. The government will evaluate past performance based on:
- Customer Satisfaction (responsiveness, personnel qualifications, cost estimation accuracy)
- Timeliness (ability to complete tasks within requested timeframes)
- Technical Success (understanding tasks, completing tasks correctly, problem resolution)
- Program Management (subcontractor management, cost/schedule/performance control)
