The Guam Army National Guard (GUARNG) seeks to enter into Multiple Award Master Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) Events in support of GUARNG Family Programs Office within the Territory of Guam, Amendment 0001.The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to correct the verbiage in the BPA Term and Conditions in the Instructions to Offerors and to include the SF 30 as part of the solicitation requirement. Contractor shall acknowledge all amendments and include signed copies of the SF 30 as part of their quotation submission.
