Scope of Work
The anticipated delivery order will cover the procurement of essential parts and mission kits for the BQM-177A SSAT. The BQM-177A is a recoverable aerial target system designed to emulate Anti-Ship Cruise Missiles (ASCM) and Surface-to-Air Missiles (SAM) for weapons system test and evaluation, as well as Fleet training.

Justification
This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.103-1, citing "only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." KUAS is identified as the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the BQM-177A SSAT, including its unique mission kits, special tooling, software, and support equipment. KUAS is the only known contractor possessing the necessary knowledge, maintenance and repair experience, and noncommercial technical data and software rights to meet the Government’s requirements.
