Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made on a competitive basis using a tradeoff process based on the following factors, in descending order of importance:
- Technical Acceptability: Offerors must provide the manufacturer CAGE code, confirm a Certificate of Conformance, and state FOB Shipping Point. Quoted items must be NEW approved parts (or approved "New Surplus" with traceability). Items manufactured by Millenium Manufacturing Corporation are not acceptable.
- Delivery: Evaluated based on confidence levels corresponding to delivery within 45 days (High), 46-60 days (Satisfactory), or 61+ days (Low) After Receipt of Order (ARO). F.O.B. Destination is requested.
- Price: Evaluation will determine if pricing is fair and reasonable, considering any quantity discounts and prompt payment discounts.
