This requirement is believed to be sole source, restricted to the OEM or their authorized distributors. Potential bidders must provide OEM authorization.

• Submission: Offers must be signed, dated, and submitted by the exact time specified in the solicitation. Failure to provide required information or representations may lead to exclusion.

• Evaluation: The Government intends to evaluate offers and award without discussions, based on price and other factors as detailed in FAR 52.212-2. The initial offer should represent the offeror's best terms.

• NAICS Code and Size Standard: Appear elsewhere in the solicitation. The size standard for concerns not manufacturing the item is 500 employees.

• System for Award Management (SAM): Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov, and their representations and certifications must be current, accurate, and complete.
