Submission & Evaluation
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). Offers will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Technical acceptability requires meeting performance characteristics and specifications, with vendors providing descriptive material. Price will be evaluated based on the total proposed price. Past performance will not be evaluated. Offers must include business size, socioeconomic categories, and descriptive material for the proposed product. Proposals offering "equal" products must clearly identify them and demonstrate they meet salient characteristics.
Additional Notes
Award will not be made for less than the full quantities solicited. Payment terms less than Net 30 days are unacceptable. Funds are not presently available, and the Government's obligation is contingent upon fund availability (FAR 52.232-18).
