In accordance with Defense Federal Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Procedures, Guidance, and Information (PGI) 206.302-1, the United States Army Corps of Engineers is seeking sources for the brand-name requirement of Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) power system products for use across Northwestern Division (NWD) districts – Walla Walla District (NWW), Kansas District (NWK), Omaha District (NWO), Portland District (NWP), and Seattle District (NWS) – hydroelectric operating projects. Requirements for brand-name SEL power system products include protective relays, computing/logic/power/metering/annunciation devices, Inter-Range Instrumentation Group (IRIG) clocks, proprietary software, and ancillary devices associated with the aforementioned products.
