This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13). The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking responses from qualified sources for specific items, identified as brand name mandatory to Aerocontrolex due to requiring specific characteristics as direct replacements. Quotations for different manufacturers will not be considered.

• Specific items required are detailed in the RFQ SPMYM326Q2025, found in the attachments.

• Offerors must complete and include provisions 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 252.204-7016, and 252.204-7019 with their offers.

• Vendor shall list the country of origin for each line item.

• Evaluation criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• Vendor responsibility will be determined using PPIRS and in accordance with FAR 9.104.

• Submission Deadline: May 15, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST.

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply of a TRIP THROTTLE VALVE SEAT (PC-7 OF DWG 6512E62/A AS DETAILED PER DWG 4D09642/-, P/N- 4D09642-001). The material for the outside lip (seal welding area) of the seat must be MIL-E-21562 TYPE MIL-RN82. The DLA Maritime – Portsmouth is the issuing agency.

• One (1) unit of the specified TRIP THROTTLE VALVE SEAT.

• Material specification: MIL-E-21562 TYPE MIL-RN82 for the outside lip (seal welding area).

• Compliance with drawings DWG 6512E62/A and DWG 4D09642/-.

• Hazardous materials: Bidders must indicate if the item contains hazardous materials (MSDS required if yes).

• Payment Terms: Net 30 AFTER material inspection and acceptance. Discount terms to be specified by vendor.

• Payment Methods Accepted: Government Purchase Card (GPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
