The agency has considered alternative solutions, but none can meet the specific needs of the agency. Therefore, the agency is invoking the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source", to award a sole-source contract to MathWorks.
Instructions for Submitting a Quote:
MathWorks shall submit a proposal that includes the following:
