Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, considering Technical, Past Performance, and Price. Technical and Past Performance are of equal importance and significantly more important than Price.
- Technical: Proposals must demonstrate the product meets or exceeds specified performance characteristics. The Government will consider a price increase of up to 1% for guaranteed delivery in 6 weeks or less. Vendors must provide descriptive material.
