  • Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Only the lowest priced offer will be evaluated for technical acceptability. Past performance will be assessed as acceptable or neutral. Award will not necessarily be made to the lowest-priced offeror, but tradeoffs will not be conducted.

  • Delivery: One (1) fully assembled and tested dirt bike. Shipping is included if pickup is not available. Delivery is F.O.B. destination and required by July 31, 2026.
