• Warranty: The vehicles must be covered by the manufacturer's most favorable commercial warranty in New Delhi, India. The contractor must provide a copy of the warranty in English.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Pricing: Offerors must include all expenses (labor, materials, overhead, profit, insurance, transportation). GST is not included in CLIN rates and will be a separate line item.

• Offshore Vendor Pricing: Must include shipping and insurance up to ICD Tuglakabad, and pre-paid inland haulage from Mumbai to New Delhi.

• Local Vendor Pricing: Must include transportation to the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi.
