Eligibility & Set-Aside
This is a Brand Specific requirement, justified by the need to maintain standardization with the existing Agilent (GC-MS) system used by the DEA. Only the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized Federal Government reseller may bid. Responses must be "ALL OR NONE."
Submission & Evaluation
Quoters must submit their response on company letterhead, including a Point of Contact (POC), name, phone number, email, valid UEI#, and GSA Contract Number (if applicable). The basis for award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). To be considered technically acceptable, a Quoter must be able to provide all requested items and be on the OEM's authorized reseller list. Delivery time will also be evaluated.
