• Faxed quotations and photocopies will not be accepted.

• All communications and questions must be in writing to the Contracting Officer.

• Bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and include their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number in their quotes. SAM registration will be verified prior to award.

• Award: BREAD ITEMS WILL BE AWARDED ALL OR NONE / SINGLE AWARD. NO MULTIPLE AWARDS.

• Estimates: Quantities listed are estimated totals only.

• A valid kosher certification must be submitted with your quote for Item 3.

Weekly deliveries required for the period of: 4/6/2026 through 6/30/2026. No exceptions.
