Eligibility / Set-Aside
This acquisition is restricted to small businesses (Total Small Business Set-Aside). The NAICS Code is 311999 (Bakery And Cereal Products) with a size standard of 700 employees. All potential offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and include their Unique Entity ID (UEI) number. Annual representations and certifications must be completed electronically via ORCA (http://orca.bpn.gov).
