Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Printed Wiring Boards, Main (P/N: DEV24120-002) and Printed Wiring Boards, Interposer (P/N: DEV24131-002). The procurement is a 100% set-aside for small businesses.

• Two types of Printed Wiring Boards are required:

  • Main, 48 Position Breechplate (P/N: DEV24120-002)
  • Interposer, 48 Position Breechplate (P/N: DEV24131-002)

• Both items must be manufactured in accordance with Government Drawings and Gerber Files.

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price.

• Delivery is FOB Destination to NSWC Crane, IN.

• The solicitation number is N0016426Q0101.

• The issuance date is April 1, 2026.

• The due date for quotations is April 8, 2026.

• Partial and accelerated delivery is acceptable at no additional cost to the Government.

• Quoters must submit their best terms from a price and technical standpoint.

• Evaluation will be based on the following factors:

  • Technical Approach (evaluated for technical acceptance)
  • Delivery (meeting the required delivery date)
  • Price

• The Government reserves the right to conduct clarification if necessary.

• This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small businesses.

• Additional provisions and representations are attached.

• The solicitation includes clauses related to commercial supplier agreements, contract terms and conditions, inspection and acceptance, deliveries, contract administration, cybersecurity maturity model certification, item unique identification, and economic purchase quantity.

• Drawings for both part numbers are attached (DEV24120-002 and DEV24131-002).

This is a solicitation for Printed Wiring Boards (PWBs) for the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane. The requirement is for two types of PWBs, each with a quantity of 60 units.

• CLIN 0001: PRINTED WIRING BOARD, MAIN, 48 POSITION BREECHPLATE (P/N: DEV24120-002), QTY: 60

• CLIN 0002: PRINTED WIRING BOARD, INTERPOSER, 48 POSITION BREECHPLATE (P/N: DEV24131-002), QTY: 60

• This solicitation is issued under FAR Part 13 procedures.

• Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies.

• Offers shall be e-mailed to trista.m.ray.civ@us.navy.mil.

• All required information must be received on or before 08 APR 2026, 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

• Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Contractors must be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to receive controlled attachments.

• Controlled attachments will be posted concurrently with the solicitation.

• Interested vendors are responsible for monitoring https://sam.gov for any amendments.

• Changes made after the closing date will only be provided to offerors who submit a quote.
