Submission & Evaluation
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. While the intent is sole source, all responsible offerors are encouraged to submit a quotation. Offerors must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming authorized reseller or distributor status, and a Letter of Authorization. Quotations submitted without such documentation may not be considered. Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30 on the SF 1449.
- Evaluation: Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offerors should provide published or historical pricing data to support price analysis.
- Eligibility: Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
