When submitting White Papers/Proposals in response to a CALL, do not submit classified information on an unclassified network. If necessary, classified material shall be submitted as a separate addendum. Specific instructions for submitting a classified addendum, SECRET or higher, will need to be coordinated and arranged with the technical POCs for each CALL prior to submission.
