- HM&E Materials, Design Concepts, and Technologies: Ideas for future submarine platforms, including advancements in stealth, advanced propulsion, and digital engineering.
- Operational Analysis: Technical engineering analysis and research for undersea warfare, strategic planning, and wargaming.
Contract & Timeline
