As a result, ERDC is requesting prototype concept white papers in response to this Broad Other Transaction Authority Announcement (BOTAA).
This announcement is continuously open; white papers may be submitted and will be evaluated for the general requirements of this BOTAA at any time throughout the year. This BOTAA is considered a compettive process. White papers will be evaluated against the criteria in this announcement without regard to other submissions under this announcement.
