  • Fabric Dataset Creation & Maintenance: Generating and maintaining a geospatial dataset of residential, business, and multi-use structures (Broadband Serviceable Locations - BSLs). This includes providing unique identifiers, geographic coordinates, addresses, unit counts, and classification for each structure.
  • Data Management & Support: Delivering regular updates (at least every six months), quality assurance reports, and supporting the FCC's challenge adjudication process and technical assistance.
  • Project & Transition Management: Providing comprehensive project management, transition support, and technical coordination throughout the contract period.
  • Data Usage Rights: Ensuring data usage rights that allow the FCC and other stakeholders to use, publish, and share the dataset as required by law.
  • Optional Support: May include incorporating new data sources, USPS address validation, and creating data quality reports.
