- Data Management & Support: Delivering regular updates (at least every six months), quality assurance reports, and supporting the FCC's challenge adjudication process and technical assistance.
- Project & Transition Management: Providing comprehensive project management, transition support, and technical coordination throughout the contract period.
- Data Usage Rights: Ensuring data usage rights that allow the FCC and other stakeholders to use, publish, and share the dataset as required by law.
- Optional Support: May include incorporating new data sources, USPS address validation, and creating data quality reports.
