Scope of Work
The contractor will provide professional radio broadcasting services, including:
- Airing a minimum of five (5) distinct thirty-second (30-second) Public Service Announcements (PSAs).
- Broadcasting each approved PSA three (3) times per day, seven (7) days per week, for a continuous five-month period.
- Providing consultation and technical assistance on PSA scheduling and broadcasting.
- Coordinating with the NAO HPDP Health Communication Team for planning and scheduling.
- Broadcasting PSAs on approved designated stations within the Navajo Area and surrounding regions.
Requested Information
Interested parties should submit a capability statement (maximum 3 pages) demonstrating their ability to perform the services. The statement must include:

- Business Size and Status under NAICS Code 516110 - Radio Broadcasting Stations.
- A narrative detailing experience in radio broadcasting, public health campaigns, and working with rural/tribal communities.
- A list of radio stations and geographic coverage relevant to the Navajo Nation.
Respondents must also complete and submit the Indian Health Service Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form to self-certify their eligibility as an IEE, including details on tribal entity, 51% owner, and UEI. Successful offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
