- Structural: Removal and installation of new concrete slabs and grade beams, repair of existing concrete pits, new overhead door opening steel columns and beams, and masonry wall work.
- Electrical: Relocation of conduit, power disconnection/provision for new equipment, exterior LED lighting, GFCI receptacles, and modification of power distribution systems.
- Fire Protection: Installation of sidewall sprinklers in accordance with NFPA 13 and USPS Standards.
- General: Coordination with USPS Inspection Services and facility management, protection of underground utilities (using GPR), and adherence to strict performance standards to minimize disruption to USPS operations.

Evaluation & Requirements

- Price Proposal: Signed Offer and Award, Schedule of Values, Unit Prices, and Alternates.
- Compliance: Affirmation of Contract Terms & Conditions, Provision F-202 (Key Personnel), Provision 4-3 (Representations and Certifications), Provision F-401 (Authorized Negotiators).
- VETS-4212 Documentation: Required, with proof of registration if not already registered.
- Bonding: Ability to obtain 100% performance and payment bonds within seven calendar days of Notice of Intent to Award.
- Post-Award: Successful offerors must submit a Sub-Contracting Plan and Project Specific Safety Plan before Notice to Proceed. Contractors must also familiarize themselves with Clause F-102 (Contractor's Screening Requirements).
