Scope of Work

- Periodic Cleaning: Annual window cleaning and ceiling vent clearing (November-January), semi-annual Venetian blind and light fixture dusting (May/September), and annual carpet deep cleaning (November-January).
- Special Requirements: Contractor must provide all equipment and supplies (including biobased products where possible), ensure employee safety, adhere to fire prevention guidelines, and manage key personnel security (background checks required for unescorted entry, key control).
