Submission & Evaluation

Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror, with acceptability based on compliance with terms and responsibility on FAR 9.1 requirements. Offerors must be the manufacturer, an authorized distributor, or a certified reseller, and must provide the name and address of a garage for maintenance services in Bucharest or Ilfov county. SAM registration is mandatory prior to contract award.
