Scope of Work
The requirement includes the procurement of:

- 2 Spare Portable Air Conditioner Exhaust Ducts
Technical Specifications
All units must not exceed 32 inches in width or 600 pounds, be rated for a standard office environment, and be equipped with a detachable condensate tank or direct drain line. Crucially, units must NOT have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capabilities.
- 12,000-18,000 BTU units: Require 115V, Single Phase, 60 Hz.
- 60,000 BTU unit: Requires 208/230V, Single Phase, 60 Hz.
- Duct Ceiling Kits: Must be compatible with the 12,000-18,000 BTU units and include an 8-12 foot exhaust duct, a ceiling replacement tile, and duct hose clamps/ties.
- Spare Exhaust Ducts: Must be 8-12 feet long and identical to those in the ceiling kits.
Delivery & Acceptance
All materials must be delivered to Buckley Space Force Base No Later Than 30 days after receipt of award. The contractor is responsible for complying with all 460th Security Forces Squadron (SFS) protocols for base access. Upon arrival, items will undergo formal inspection and acceptance by designated government officials.
